Ryuun “Dragon Cloud” Sumi Liquid Ink is Kobaien’s highest-grade liquid ink, crafted in Japan using ultra-fine oil soot carefully selected and produced by Kobaien itself. Developed to closely replicate the character and performance of traditional solid sumi ink, Ryuun offers exceptional depth, richness, and control.

When applied heavily, it produces a deep, lacquer-like black. When diluted or used lightly, it reveals the subtle character and elegance associated with aged inksticks. The result is a versatile ink prized by artists, calligraphers, and craftsmen who demand the highest level of quality.
